About My Clients

My Background and Approach
Jennifer has a compassionate and professional approach. She is a certified Autism Clinical Specialist, with specializations in Trauma Focused-CBT, DBT, and interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB). With over 10 years of experience in education and over 6 years in counseling, Jennifer is dedicated to providing mental health therapy to clients of all ages and stages. She takes time to listen, build trust and holds a non-judgmental presence. She is patient through the collaborative process with her clients to carefully identify personal goals based on strengths and values. She loves to learn and advance in her skills. Her passion is to teach clients about their fascinating brain and how to proactively regulate emotions and widen their window of tolerance. Outside of her counseling practice, Jennifer enjoys walking her dogs, swimming, practicing meditation, and spending time with her family. She believes in creating a sustainable path to emotional wellness and encourages her clients
