I treat a variety of issues and customize my sessions and therapeutic approach for each client.
My Background and Approach
As a Master's level Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, I aim to focus on customizing my approach based on each individual's unique needs. CBT coping skills and DBT emotion regulation can work together in your daily life so you can overcome the obstacles life has put in your path to success. Sessions can be as frequent as the client (or insurance*) prefers, therefore, check-ins, continuous processing, and practice with therapeutic techniques are made possible so the client can benefit as best as possible.

I believe that life is ever changing, therefore, we as humans are designed to adapt and grow throughout our journey in the world. Sometimes, life gets difficult, possibly even confusing. I take my education, life experience, and psychotherapeutic knowledge to customize my approach towards helping you better understand, set, and achieve realistic goals. Whether you are experiencing overwhelming, anxious, or numbing emotions, or going through a major change in life, we will work together to give you the comfort of knowing that managing these stressors/symptoms is possible.
