I believe that the presence of a compassionate and trustworthy environment, where one can express discomforts, thoughts, emotions, experiences, and desires, will lead to deeper understandings and to live life meaningfully. I work with most issues including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationship issues and trauma.

As a mental health practitioner and psychotherapist, I provide a safe, comfortable, private and non-judgemental space for you to heal, recover, grow, feel, center, forgive, accept and reclaim your life.

In my practice, there is no room for judgment, and my goal is to meet you where you are in your journey. My job here is to be a supporting character while encouraging you to nurture that main character that lives within you.
