My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I've had the privilege of working with diverse individuals navigating various challenges. I have specialized training in treating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, substance use disorders and cultural stressors. I use various modalities to ensure I tailor my approach to your unique needs. The evidenced based modalities I utilize are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Somatic Interventions.
