I am a licensed therapist specializing in workplace burnout, chronic stress, and high-functioning anxiety among healthcare professionals. I work with clients to help them understand the root causes of burnout, set healthy boundaries, rebuild motivation, and develop tools to manage stress without compromising performance or well-being.
My Background and Approach
As the founder and sole owner of Happier Chapters Therapy, LLC, I came in with a vision to guide adults through life’s challenges with a casual and authentic approach. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and have a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) credential. I’m a nerd for all things psychology. In my free time, you will find me spending time with my two cats, at the beach with my pampered Pembroke Welsh Corgi, crocheting, reading non-fiction, or drinking a hot cocoa from Starbucks.
