About My Clients
I work with women and marginalized genders whose mental health experiences may show up in subtle, complex, or often overlooked ways. Many of my clients navigate perfectionism, high self-expectations, chronic overthinking, rumination, and mental fatigue. I also support individuals experiencing social or emotional burnout related to masking, caregiving demands, or the mental load of work and family life. My practice addresses a range of mood and anxiety disorders.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW, LCSW-C) with over a decade of experience working in mental health and as a psychotherapist. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, with specialized training and ongoing education focused on supporting individuals through the emotional and psychological challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and reproductive transitions. I have also completed specialized training through the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and am an active member of their Mental Health Professionals Group, which promotes ethical, evidence-based, and compassionate care for individuals and families navigating infertility and assisted reproduction. In addition, I am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP) with advanced training in supporting sexual wellbeing and intimacy, and a Certified Grief Informed Provider (CGP), trained to help individuals navigate the complexities of loss.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In therapy with me, you can expect a safe and inclusive space where you are welcome to show up exactly as you are. I prioritize authenticity, safety, and meaningful connection, offering support that honors both clinical expertise and lived experience. Our work together creates room for vulnerability, growth, self-compassion, and curiosity, while providing guidance grounded in respect, understanding, and sometimes a little humor. My approach is social justice–informed, warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Therapy with me feels human and relational, with space for honesty, reflection, and even moments of lightness when appropriate.
