About My Clients
Many of my clients seek therapy because they struggle with anxiety in relationships, fear of abandonment, emotional disconnection, people-pleasing, or difficulty trusting others. These patterns are not personal failures, they are learned attachment responses which often stem from childhood emotional neglect, inconsistent caregiving, or painful past relationships.
My Background and Approach
As a trauma-informed therapist in Georgia, I help clients understand how early attachment experiences shape their nervous system, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics today. In therapy, we work gently and at your pace to build awareness, safety, and self-compassion. Our focus is on healing from within. I utilize a psychodynamic approach along with genuine warmth and humor to assist in creating a safe environment to uncover aspects about oneself and make progress towards improved self-worth and wellbeing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone is deserving of care and respect. And everyone is worthy. My hope is that each individual finds a place of peace within and the space to begin to experience a full life.
