About My Clients
I partner with children, adolescents, college students, and young adults—especially neurodiverse individuals (ADHD, Autism Spectrum), or those confronting anxiety, depression, school adjustment, learning disabilities, and executive functioning challenges. I offer personalized, compassionate support that spans counseling, assessments, and collaboration with families and schools to foster growth and lasting well-being.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Educational Psychologist, NCSP, and NCC with nearly two decades of experience supporting children, teens, and young adults. I specialize in working with neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as individuals managing anxiety, depression, and executive functioning challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I use evidence-based practices such as Executive Skills Coaching, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also partner with schools and families to support a consistent continuum of care. Whether in person or via telehealth, I aim to create a safe, affirming space for meaningful growth.
