About My Clients
I believe that everyone has the power to build consciousness, heal their wounds and make internal and external changes in order to find fulfillment and inner peace. I enjoy working with older adolescents (16+) and adults of any background, race or orientation. If therapy has been calling to you, there is no better time than the present!
My Background and Approach
There are many things in our lives that we can’t control which can lead to mismanaged expectations, anxiety and general unhappiness. However, if we can learn to accept what we can’t change while finding our power, direction and motivation to control what we can change, we can find a better sense of peace. My role as a counselor is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the many intricate complexities of your life and mental health and help you develop coping skills.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the more we can be in tune to our true selves, the happier and more content we feel. I feel very strongly about treating both the mind and the body and getting to the root causes of underlying symptoms.
