My Background and Approach
I am formally trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) approaches proven to help people build resilience and regain control over their lives. While this training supports the foundation of the work we will do, I do not follow strict protocols or assign disconnected homework. The skills and the work will address the immediate concerns in your life. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and develop the insights and skills needed to overcome them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I take a nuero-affirming approach and recognize that differences in attention, processing, and emotional regulation are part of human diversity and are not problems to be fixed. I help individuals work with their brains rather than against them, so they can increase clarity, confidence, and sustainable systems.
