About My Clients
My clients are looking for tools and skills. They are looking for a secure base in their marriage and they all want the love and passion they once shared. Some have been wounded and they're scared. Some are overworked and overburdened by life. Some want practical wisdom and grounding practices. Some want to work on themselves. They all want to be deeply seen and accepted. I work with individual and couples. I also specialize in trauma recovery and together we build a better you.
My Background and Approach
EFT and Gottman Couples Therapy. EMDR (trauma) trained. Having trained for 30 years in different modalities of therapy, I see that these are the absolute best approaches to getting a successful outcome with my couples. I'm also currently studying IFS (known as "parts" work. I need to understand where you've been and where you are now, so we can make a plan on where you go from here. Sometimes EMDR trauma work can get you there faster. We work in the office or through video and sometimes I recommend out of the office resources like books + podcasts.
