My Background and Approach
My work is rooted in a trauma informed and culturally attuned perspective that honors both your lived experience and your body’s natural capacity for healing. I approach therapy as a collaborative space where we move at a pace that feels steady and supportive, with attention to both emotional depth and nervous system awareness. Together, we explore what it means to care for yourself in ways that feel sustainable and aligned, creating a foundation for greater connection, clarity, and self trust. I also conduct psychological evaluations for immigration cases using a structured, objective, and culturally aware approach.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that with the right support, and a growing sense of trust in ourselves, it is possible to create lives that feel meaningful and nourishing to live. Many of the patterns we carry were shaped through past experiences and learned ways of adapting. With care and attention, the mind and body are capable of shifting these patterns over time. Therapy becomes a space to gently explore, reconnect, and create new ways of relating to yourself that feel more aligned and supportive.
