About My Clients
Have you been experiencing symptoms related to OCD, anxiety, or phase of life challenges? It can be really hard when you feel stuck in your worries or taken over by obsessive thoughts and compulsions. I would like to see you be able to move forward again and I would love to help you on your path to doing so. Exposure and response prevention and inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy are both evidence-based approaches that I offer to help you meet your personal goals.
My Background and Approach
I have over been working in the mental health field for over 15 years with experience in community, hospital, and outpatient settings. I have experience with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I currently focus on the treatment of anxiety, OCD, women's issues, and challenges associated with different phases of life. I collaborate with my clients to create a plan that works best for them. I have specialized training in the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD as well as training in perinatal mental health.
