My Background and Approach
Primarily, I use the cognitive behavioral therapy approach when working with clients, which focuses on changing unhealthy thoughts and behaviors, improving emotional regulation and promoting the development of healthy coping strategies that focus on solving current problems. However, I understands all clients are unique, and incorporate other theoretical technics in order to best meet the needs of my clients.
