My Background and Approach
As an eating disorder specialist and founder of The Eating Disorder Center, I can help you (or your loved one) to find freedom from food obsession and body hatred. I have expertise in helping teens and adults struggling with anorexia, bulimia, & binge eating disorder. I have been recognized as one of the top eating disorder therapists in The US. I'm grateful to have helped many people to recover from eating disorders. I write and speak about eating disorders on ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, Fox, The Huffington Post, & Psychology Today. I wrote the book 'The Inside Scoop to Eating Disorder Recovery.' I celebrate your courage for taking the step to seek therapy.
