About My Clients
Feeling stuck? You know you need to make a change and don't know where to start? We've all been there and I want to help you reach your goals. Whether you are experiencing anxiety or just need someone to hold you accountable in life, I am here to help. I work with children, adolescents and adults, and have experience in telehealth as well. Military families, new/expectant parents, and athletes/dancers are my populations of interest but I welcome anyone looking for assistance.
My Background and Approach
I think it is important to get a good picture of who you are and what motivates you, and then we can really dive in. I like our work to be solution focused, mindful, client centered and strengths based. We will work together to create small, achievable steps in order to reach your overall goals. By breaking it down, it makes that goal a lot more attainable in the long run. I am also very interested in the mind-body connection and will incorporate this when and where we can.
