About My Clients
I am passionate about helping people move past their past using EMDR. I experienced EMDR as a client more than a decade ago and found it revolutionary. I love helping clients have the same experience. EMDR clients have often been through a traumatic event (abuse, bad accident, unexpected death or break up, difficult childhood, loss of a job or lifestyle, and much more.) Some clients dealing with addiction also find EMDR appropriate - we can do a full screening to see if you are a good fit.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about helping people move past their past. The majority of my work is with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is a revolutionary therapy which helps people process difficult experiences quickly - often in less than 8 sessions, compared to traditional therapy which typically takes 20 to 40 sessions.
