I am a dedicated therapist focused on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges to achieve a greater sense of well-being. My practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) relational life therapy, and the Gottman method, which involves exploring how core beliefs are established through childhood and family of origin experiences that affect relationships today. I also employ a solution-focused approach to help clients work toward specific, measurable goals. I have experience working with clients on issues such as depression, grief, and complex family and marital challenges."

As a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), my core philosophy is rooted in Family Systems Theory, which posits that an individual cannot be fully understood in isolation, but rather within their connected systems—their family, their partnerships, and their community.
