About My Clients
I work with people who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome. My clients often face relationship challenges, life transitions, and intense emotional reactions. I provide support for navigating dating, managing stress within family dynamics, and improving communication. We will work to help you understand your experiences, develop coping strategies, foster healthier relationships, and feel better equipped to move through the world with calm, confidence, and clarity.
My Background and Approach
I hold an MSW with a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Georgia and completed a post-graduate counseling fellowship at Emory University Counseling & Psychological Services. Before following my passion to become a therapist, I worked in consulting and marketing strategy, which provides me with perspective on working in the corporate world. My approach is warm, engaged, and thoughtful. I focus on exploring how past experiences shape current beliefs and behaviors, helping clients develop adaptive strategies for managing difficult thoughts and emotions. I aim to foster a compassionate environment where you can build inner coping resources, improve self-esteem, and cultivate healthier relationships. Through our work together, you'll gain self-insight and practical tools to navigate life's challenges effectively.
