Clinical experience in community based mental health providing group therapy, individual and family therapy, and assessments with adults. My caseload consists of individuals with suicidal ideation, anxiety disorders, major depression, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, and PTSD. I primarily use CBT and motivational interviewing techniques to assist my clients in changing their lives by changing their thinking.
