I work with adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders. I conduct individual and group therapy. I also work with couples and families who are affected by mental health and/or substance use disorders.
My Background and Approach
I am here to help you. I “meet the client where they are.” This means your goals are the focus. I will be able to give you the coping skills you need to attain the goals. I will guide you on your path. Together we will find the right way for you.
