My Background and Approach
I am a 2003 graduate from The University of Wyoming with a BA in psychology and 2021 graduate from The University of Texas Arlington with an MSW. I have been a licensed social worker since 2021, giving me the foundation for looking at the whole person- including history, relationships, community factors, spiritual, and occupational interactions that influence goal setting and attainment. I have been engaged in ongoing training in CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and Trauma Informed Care in order to provide the best well-rounded therapy services.
