About My Clients

Something is calling for your attention. Maybe there are physical or emotional manifestations, like anxiety or depression, or your body feels like a source of shame or stress. Maybe you’ve experienced major life changes that have unsettled you. Maybe you want to release what isn’t working, to make the change you’ve been thinking about, or to bravely try the thing that feels both hard and right. My clients are ready not just to feel better but to feel more fully alive. You deserve that, too.

My Background and Approach

I bring a mind-body-spirit lens to my work, drawing on my training in a holistic, embodied, and relational approach to psychotherapy. I believe we all carry stories and beliefs about ourselves and the world, shaped by early relationships, culture, and our lived experiences. While these adaptations have their origin in helping us in some way, if they outlive their usefulness, they can start to feel harmful or limiting and disconnect us from our true selves. My approach blends talk therapy with body-based and experiential practices, such as using creative or ritual expressions and working with inner “parts,” to explore how your stories manifest through thoughts, emotions, patterns, and bodily sensations. Centering the wisdom of your body, we’ll turn toward these internal and external experiences with curiosity and compassion, creating the foundation for awareness, acceptance, and change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am an LGBTQIA-affirming clinician who believes that therapy is an invitation into remembering your innate wholeness. My belief is that we all possess the capacity to heal and return home to ourselves. This conviction grew from a thru-hike on the Tahoe Rim Trail, which taught me how to listen to my body and trust my inner knowing. As I hiked the trail, I walked with different versions of myself, meeting what longed for care and finding my way home to greater aliveness. This bond with the natural world anchors my eco-based spiritual practice and guides how I show up in the therapy room: I hold a grounded space for your natural self, honoring who you authentically are and the way you long to move through the world.
