About My Clients

Whether you’re navigating the challenges of adulthood, balancing the complexities of college or the workforce or going through a significant life transition, my goal is to support you in enhancing your overall well-being and building a more fulfilling life. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented, helping you cultivate awareness of your strengths and empowering you to achieve meaningful, sustainable growth.

My Background and Approach

In addition to being a licensed clinical social worker, I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. These certifications, combined with my clinical expertise, highlight my ability to support clients managing chronic conditions while addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or the impact of a chronic illness, I bring a comprehensive and compassionate approach to help you navigate these difficulties and create meaningful change. In our sessions, I integrate mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and coaching to create a tailored and effective approach that aligns with your unique needs. My goal is to help you build resilience, foster self-compassion, and develop the tools you need to achieve emotional well-being and balance.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe mental health care should feel inclusive, supportive, and empowering. I value honesty, compassion, and collaboration, and I’m committed to practicing with cultural humility so that every client feels seen and respected. I’m especially passionate about reducing the stigma around seeking help, particularly for students and professionals navigating academic and career pressures. Outside of sessions, I enjoy staying active, spending time with my family and creating strong connections in my community. These values shape the way I show up as a therapist — with openness, authenticity, and a genuine belief in your ability to grow and thrive.
