My Background and Approach
In addition to being a licensed clinical social worker, I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. These certifications, combined with my clinical expertise, highlight my ability to support clients managing chronic conditions while addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or the impact of a chronic illness, I bring a comprehensive and compassionate approach to help you navigate these difficulties and create meaningful change. In our sessions, I integrate mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and coaching to create a tailored and effective approach that aligns with your unique needs. Outside of sessions, I enjoy staying active, spending time with my family and creating strong connections in my community.
