About My Clients
I have extensive experience working with patients with depression and anxiety, patients coming in during a transitional period of life or going through unforeseen challenges. I have a particular interest in women's issues, multicultural/acculturation issues and infertility, postpartum and parenting issues.
My Background and Approach
I come from a trauma informed lens and draw from a myriad of modalities (EMDR, DBT, CBT, IFS) to create a customized approach that will provide you with the most effective coping strategies and help you feel equipped to manage life's curve balls.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone who comes from a mixed ethnicity background (Asian and Caucasian) I am acutely attuned to cultural issues and values. I strive to be sensitive to all ethnicities and to learn more about as many cultural backgrounds as I can while keeping each person's unique experience at the forefront.
