Have past traumas left you doubting your worth? Has the impact of domestic abuse made you question your safety & value? Trusting yourself & others might feel like an uphill battle. Maybe you carry the weight of heartbreak and pain from past betrayal. You might desire more fulfilling and deeper connections but struggle with vulnerability or setting boundaries. These experiences can be overwhelming, isolating, & confusing, but you don't have to face them alone.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative and honors your unique experience and needs. I value transparency, authenticity, and open-mindedness in our therapeutic relationship and I encourage my clients to come as they are. I incorporate CBT, RCT, & narrative therapy into our sessions to help you navigate harmful thinking patterns/behaviors, work through trauma, strengthen relationships with yourself/others, & help you gain a more optimistic view of life.

I consider it an honor and a privilege to be a part of your journey. My goal is to not only provide a compassionate and safe space for you but to also build strong rapport that will serve as our foundation as we work together. I strive to meet you where you are with authenticity and genuine curiosity. I strongly believe in fighting for and advocating for others and do my part in the community through volunteer work, always looking for opportunities to educate myself, learning about and immersing myself in cultures different than my own, and advocating for my clients.
