My goal as a bilingual marriage and family therapist has been to always create a space that is genuine and comforting for all of my clients, and to help you understand that therapy is a part of a healthier future. My Background and Approach
I’ve always believed that therapy gives you a space to be free and whole, it gives you the opportunity to share your own experiences in ways that you have not done before. As a Latina marriage and family therapist my goal has always been to create that space of wholeness, comfortability, and healing. In my own experience, I have been able to do that with families, couples and individuals. Therapy is the first step to get you on track to a fulfilling and healthier lifestyle. Sometimes living in today's society can bring about many challenges. Some of these challenges may consist of racial trauma, feeling isolated, feeling depressed, feeling anxious, and not understanding why things happen in your personal lives.
