I offer in-person and walk & talk as well as tele-health video therapy sessions for those in California.
My Background and Approach
I have traveled extensively, and I have come to believe that we are all more alike than different and our thoughts and environment help shape who we are and how we see the world. Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher and worked in California as well as overseas in Colombia and Spain. I became a therapist because I was more interested in helping people share and make sense of their stories than I was in grading the stories. We all have a story to tell. I am here to listen to yours and help you make sense of it.
