Many of my clients say the feel stuck. They have a desire for wanting to DO better, but don't quite know how. I'm well versed in complex situations, including various forms of nuerodiversity and subgroups of HSPs. Many of these factors create hurdles, and understanding and addressing them collaboratively can build confidence, self-worth and traction for higher motivation.
My Background and Approach
With two decades of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside teens and adults through their own journeys of self-discovery and healing. The path to becoming a psychotherapist, however, has been paved with both personal struggles and expansive professional growth. Through these twists and turns of life, I’m still learning to surrender and working toward embracing a profound truth: every experience, no matter how painful or joyous, carries with it the potential for growth and wisdom. I’ve surely been challenged to expand my understanding of resiliency and the transformative power of connection. These beliefs fuel my passion for supporting others. In my practice, I bring not only professional expertise but also a warmth, compassion, and yes, a touch of playfulness. Life is too precious to be lived without joy and laughter, and I firmly believe that healing can happen in the spaces where laughter and tears intertwine. Let's get started!
