About My Clients

Nurturing an organic channel of communication between the first two organs developed in the womb. Many clients say it feels like coming back home to yourself.
My Background and Approach
Through goal-oriented collaboration, you will carefully and intentionally guide your healing journey in the direction that is best for you. Utilizing Internal Family Sytems techniques we will explore the parts within you, and develop a more integrated perspective. Continued check-in’s provide a flexible approach to the non-linear healing process. Alternative healing modalities like hypnotherapy, yoga therapy and somatic experiencing offer a deeper, more holistic approach to traditional therapy. Using gentle and effective mindfulness practices, you will learn to experience your body and regulate your nervous system as you invite deep healing and transformation. With compassion and presence, I will support your efforts while encouraging autonomy. You will learn to manage, and even encourage your emotions as your purpose deepens and you move optimistically in the direction of your dreams.

I love sitting with another person, holding the space for them to explore and discover their inner strength and healing abilities. I am inspired by life, its many facets of experience and the ever-evolving quest for inner healing and integration. My core belief as a therapist, a result of my own experiences: On the deepest level, you are the one who knows what’s right for you.
