About My Clients
I specialize in relationship counseling and I want to help you feel more connected to the important people in your life. You do not need to be married to benefit from relationship counseling, and I am happy to work with you where you are in your relationship. I am affirming and knowledgeable about working with LGBTQIA+ relationships. I love working with many different kinds of people, and I value safety and inclusiveness in my practice.
My Background and Approach
My hope is that you experience my style as warm, inviting, and supportive. I tend to work from an emotionally focused and experiential perspective, which means that I want to help you and your partner create an experience in which you can both feel seen, heard, and more connected. If you are interested in some practical tools, I additionally use Gottman Method therapy approaches in my work. My approach to therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, and person-centered, and I am excited to be a part of your journey
