About My Clients

I work with adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted, even though they function well on the outside. Many struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, or taking on too much responsibility for others. Clients often come to me wanting relief from stress and anxiety, clearer direction, and a stronger sense of trust in themselves so they can move forward with more confidence.

My Background and Approach

My work has been shaped by years of sitting with people through anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, and life transitions. I’ve learned that beneath many of these struggles is a deep sense of pressure—pressure to hold things together, to get it right, or to push through even when something inside feels depleted. My approach is relational, collaborative, and nervous-system informed. Self-compassion and self-acceptance are central to my work, not as goals to reach, but as ways of relating to yourself that can gently open space for change. When people feel less judged internally and more supported, they often begin to experience greater steadiness, clarity, and trust in themselves. Therapy offers a place to slow down enough to listen inward, make sense of long-standing patterns, and move forward in ways that feel more aligned, grounded, and sustainable.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people do the best they can with the tools and support they have, and that many struggles make sense when viewed through the lens of stress, conditioning, and lived experience rather than personal failure. Self-compassion and self-acceptance are central to my work—not as ways of bypassing difficulty, but as foundations that allow deeper understanding and meaningful change to unfold. I’m drawn to depth-oriented and transformative work that honors both the emotional and symbolic layers of experience. I value curiosity, presence, and respect for each person’s inner world, including the ways meaning, intuition, and insight can emerge over time. Therapy, for me, is less about fixing and more about creating the conditions for awareness, integration, and growth. I strive to offer an inclusive and affirming space for people of diverse identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences, where clients can show up as they are and feel met with care, dignity, and openness.
