About My Clients

You may look like you're holding it all together, but inside you're exhausted from anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or the lasting effects of childhood trauma or neglect. Many of the people I work with have experienced environments where they didn't feel safe, seen, or supported. Others are navigating chronic illness, difficult relationships, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, or shame. If you’re ready to move beyond survival mode, you don't have to do it alone.

My Approach to Helping

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) providing virtual therapy for adults throughout Washington State. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself, feel understood, and explore what you're carrying without judgment. My approach is warm, relaxed, and trauma-informed. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, IFS-informed parts work, EFIT, Mindful Self-Compassion, Solution-Focused Therapy, and somatic techniques. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we’ll explore the experiences, beliefs, emotions, and protective patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and relate to others. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, because I don’t believe you’re broken. I want to help you better understand and trust yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and strengthen your connection with yourself and others while creating relationships that feel safer and more fulfilling.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

I believe every person has a story worth understanding. The ways we think, feel, and respond to the world are shaped by our experiences, relationships, and the environments we’ve been in. I believe many of the patterns we struggle with today were once ways we learned to protect ourselves, and that healing begins with compassion, curiosity, and self-understanding. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to explore what you need and what matters most to you. I believe growth doesn’t require becoming someone different—it’s about reconnecting with who you are, building trust in yourself, and creating a life and relationships that feel more authentic and fulfilling. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you can be fully yourself, feel seen and understood, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
