My Background and Approach
Utilizing a positive strength based approach, I have experience in helping with past and present trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. I have experience working with families and couples, whether to help resolve conflict, improve communication, or improve foundational strength. With experience working with adults, teens, families and couples, I would be honored to join you on your journey. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we should all have a space to feel honored to be who we are. I support diversity in all areas of life. My life experience has taught me much about human nature and the struggles we all face. Clients walk in my door an express pain and sometimes shame for the path they have walked. I want everyone who leaves my office to know there is no shame in the human experience. All of our struggles, whether big or small, are relevant and valuable. My volunteer work includes organizations that support children in DHS custody and the foster care system, families experiencing divorce and loss of a loved one, Veteran's/Veteran family support groups, and Native American organizations.
