About My Clients
My clients are willing and able to look inward at themselves and others. Some clients I work with are having struggles in their relationships, difficulties with communication skills and differences in sexual desires. Some clients I work with are individuals that are struggling with the contradicting thoughts in their head with the taboos between what society has conveyed to them about sex and relationships .
My Background and Approach
I earned my doctoral degree in Clinical Sexology from the American Academy of Clinical Sexologists. I earned both, my master's degree in Counselor Education and my bachelor's degree in Psychology, from the University of Central Florida. Therapy is a process between client and therapist of learning and self-discovery. In that process, I provide a safe and nonjudgemental environment for us to work collaboratively.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have several personal beliefs but the most important one is acceptance. Acceptance of myself and others. What does that look like? From me, it means I appreciate and embrace individuality on thoughts and feelings.
