I have been working with adolescents for the past 15 years. I have experience working with youth in schools, day treatment, residential treatment and outpatient therapy.
I have worked in the trauma field for 15 years. I work with adolescents and adults who have experienced traumatic experiences . We work together to process how the trauma is affecting your current quality of life.
I believe that most people do not want to be in therapy long-term. I am able to assist with processing small issues that are able to be processed in just a few sessions.
I have been doing Brainspotting with clients for over two years. This therapy allows my clients to process on a deeper level and generally see results quicker.
