Taking the first step towards your journey of healing can be a difficult decision to make. Opening the path to what has brought us deep suffering can be scary and at the same time, exactly what we need in order to begin to build a life grounded on what is important to us. It is easy to lose sight of of these things when we spend our time trying our hardest to get rid of or avoid our pain. My hope is that I am able to guide you on this journey to find a clearer path.
My Background and Approach
I’m here to support you on your unique journey. My approach is personalized to meet your specific needs, drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods. We might explore Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand and reshape your thoughts, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build your ability to tolerate and manage challenging emotions. For those dealing with OCD or anxiety, I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). As a certified CBT and Prolonged Exposure therapist, I use these techniques to address the areas where you need the most support—whether that’s coping with depression and anxiety, navigating relationships, focusing on self-improvement, managing work-related stress, or handling life transitions. My goal is to create a safe space where you can work through whatever is on your mind. I’m here to help you every step of the way.
