About My Clients
My clients are typically 20s-40s individuals who find themselves approaching a pivotal point in life -contemplations on careers, relationships, family dynamics, changing narratives or perspectives on the past, and more.
My Background and Approach
I have training in Expressive Arts Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and therefore always invite play when appropriate in treatment, including role play and Sandtray therapy. My approach to therapy most aligns with Carl Roger's Client-Centered therapy, wherein my belief is that the client (you) are the expert on their life, not the therapist (me). I listen intently to my client and trust them to lead our process.
