About My Clients

If you find yourself struggling with negative inner voices, anxiety, depression, super high self-created standards, and finding a way to balance life and working or school, I would love to work with you. Society puts incredibly high (& often unattainable) expectations on us and labels us "selfish" if we dare create healthy and realistic boundaries to protect our time and mental health. Together we will help you focus on your strengths, create boundaries, and find the balance and peace you crave.

My Background and Approach

I enjoy supporting my clients by utilizing a strengths-based approach where we explore what systems and practices work best for you. Life can be hard, and it is so important to have different coping strategies you can use in your day-to-day life. We can start with what's currently going on with you and focus on how to regain control over your thoughts and physical reactions to provide you with the relief and sense of power. We will also collaborate on a personalized self-care routine and ideas of things to try to maintain balance and harmony between your mind and body. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space for you to process what’s going on in life and help you find constructive ways to thrive, not just survive. Once your current needs are met and you feel in control, we can look into past potential stressors or triggers and find new ways to deal with those triggers. You are not alone, and I would be honored to help you see things from a different perspective.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone can change and grow at any stage of life. Our society would have you believe that you pick one career or path and are then forced to stick with it until retirement. As someone who has changed careers, I can confidently tell you it can be done and can help you feel much less lost and frustrated than you might currently be feeling. I am a strong believer in creating a self-care routine and accepting that you are enough just as you are. Burnout is a real thing, and I unfortunately have first hand experience. Through those past experiences, I would love to help reinforce healthy boundaries and teach others the power of NO without guilt! I encourage love of self and exploration of identity and what that identity means to you. I am a huge ally for the LGBTQ+ community and have always supported my friends and family members who identify as LGBTQ+. I want everyone to feel included, loved, and respected.
