About My Clients
I am passionate about helping men and women who struggle with trauma, anxiety, mood, and relationship issues. I am a former military wife and I am currently married to a first responder. Therefore, I believe it is important to support military and first responder families. I understand the stressors, culture, and challenges of these families and am privileged to support them by addressing trauma, substance abuse, PTSD, mood, and anxiety disorders.
My Background and Approach
I have over ten years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and over two decades experience expanding access to quality mental healthcare for adolescents and adults. I am passionate about supporting families, especially military and first responders. I am a former military wife and I am currently married to a first responder. With personal experience as a military and first responder spouse, I enjoy using my training, experience, and expertise to help individuals, couples, and families in different stages of life manage trauma, mood, anxiety, and relationship issues.
