My practice offers inclusive and compassionate individual and couple counseling and consultation. I help people learn how to observe their thoughts and feelings with less judgment. For couples, the Gottman method is an evidence-based approach to help you connect and communicate effectively to build a joyful connection and friendship with your partner.
