About My Clients
There are times when we feel stuck, hopeless, and disconnected from ourselves and the world. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space where you feel like you can be your authentic self and work towards healing and growth. I offer counseling to children (7+), adolescents, and adults both in-person and through telehealth services.
My Background and Approach
I work from a humanistic and holistic perspective involving strengthening the mind, body, and soul connection and increasing a client’s self-awareness to break the barriers of life keeping them stuck. I work primarily from a client-centered approach, but draw from other techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Expressive Arts in order to meet each of my client's personal needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
On the therapeutic journey there may be easy days and hard days, but whether you are seeking services for yourself or a loved one, I hope to build an honest, genuine, and supportive relationship with each of my clients, and provide support and treatment tailored to each client's personal needs.
