About My Clients
I work with a diverse range of clients, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, Asian Americans, creatives, athletes, and those processing childhood trauma or complex family dynamics. Many of my clients seek therapy to explore intergenerational expectations, family roles, career pressures, or questions of identity. Therapy offers a space to reflect, reconnect, and move forward in a way that feels more aligned.
My Background and Approach
My therapy practice is based in West Hollywood, CA. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, life transitions, relationships, and identity exploration. My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I draw from Adlerian, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), existential, narrative, and expressive therapies to support insight, clarity, and growth. Outside of my clinical work, I am an adjunct professor at Palo Alto University where I am also pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. I am passionate about mentorship and increasing diverse representation in the mental health field. Whether you are seeking therapy, training as a counselor, or considering entering the profession, I welcome the opportunity to connect. In-person sessions are available in West Hollywood, with telehealth available across California.
