About My Clients
I am passionate about supporting my clients in their unique process of growth, healing, and connecting to new inner awareness after traumatic events, during life transitions, through relationship challenges, during sexual difficulties or explorations, while navigating chronic illness, or through other mental health concerns. My clients include people across the spectrum of gender and sexual expression, poly and CNM folks. I am LGBTQIA+ inclusive and affirming as well as kink aware and affirming.
My Background and Approach
We will work collaboratively toward personalized goals that help you connect to your fullest, most confident, connected and embodied self. My treatment approach draws heavily on my training in body focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, coaching, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I will support you in your process of discerning the best path forward and building the emotional resilience to make lasting change.
