About My Clients

When perfectionism, achievement, and people-pleasing drive your relationships, connection can feel impossible. If you're exhausted by constant criticism, never feeling good enough, or losing yourself to keep others happy, there is a way back to the Self. Through mindfulness-based techniques, you'll learn to notice the physical signs of your patterns: tension before you criticize, anxiety when things aren't "right," and the exhaustion of people-pleasing. You'll move from performance to presence.

My Background and Approach

Together, we'll explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck through conversation, body scans, breathwork, and grounding exercises that help you notice and shift what's happening beneath the surface. We'll practice pausing, regulating your nervous system, and responding with curiosity instead of judgment, creating the safety needed for lasting change. Guided by anti-oppressive values, I create a collaborative space where everyone is welcome without judgment and new narratives of resilience and intimacy can emerge. I believe the most profound healing happens in relationship, and it would be an honor to support you on this journey. If this resonates, please reach out to schedule a free consultation call.
