About My Clients
My goal is to help my clients with issues around food, body image, and struggles with drug and alcohol use. I aim to provide a space where clients can address these issues and build needed coping skills as well as address some of the underlying struggles that tend to contribute to these struggles.
My Background and Approach
I utilize the principles or intuitive eating and health at every size in my work with clients around body image concerns. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy was well as DBT to inform my work with my clients.
