About My Clients

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, even as you keep showing up and making it through each day? I support teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, identity exploration, and stress related to change. Therapy with me offers a compassionate, affirming, and judgment free space where we work together to make sense of what feels heavy, uncover resilience, and move toward healing and meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of settings, including PreK through 12th grade schools, public and private environments, and day treatment programs. For the past several years, I have worked exclusively via telehealth, providing therapy to teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, stress and more. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and relational. I view therapy as a collaborative process, guided by your lived experience, values, and goals. Rather than asking what is “wrong,” I focus on understanding what you have experienced and how it continues to shape you. Therapy with me is warm, conversational, and compassionate, while also offering practical tools, insight, and support to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered in your day-to-day life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that people are inherently worthy of care, dignity, and belonging, exactly as they are. I value autonomy, integrity, and the right for each person to define what healing and growth look like for them. I am deeply committed to creating an affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals, including those exploring gender, sexuality, and consensual or ethical non-monogamy. I believe that resilience already exists within you, even when life feels too heavy and getting through the day takes everything you have. Therapy, to me, is about uncovering that resilience and helping you reconnect with your own inner strengths and values. I am passionate about offering care that is inclusive, nonjudgmental, and rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect. Everyone deserves to feel seen, accepted, and supported in their healing.
