I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are motivated and open to making positive changes in their lives, especially those struggling with anxiety, depression, postpartum challenges, and self-esteem issues. I find it incredibly rewarding to help clients explore their strengths and work collaboratively to overcome the barriers that are holding them back.
My Background and Approach
I believe that every person has inherent strengths, and my approach focuses on identifying and utilizing these strengths to foster growth and healing. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we work together to challenge negative thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and develop practical tools to manage distress. CBT helps you understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and empowers you to shift your mindset, reducing anxiety and depression. By building self-awareness and confidence, I guide clients in overcoming self-doubt and improving their sense of self-worth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel empowered to face challenges and create lasting, positive change in your life.
