My Background and Approach
I have spent years in the psychology field learning to balance the art and science of psychotherapy. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, blending holistic and innovative techniques towards a customized therapy plan for each person I work with. I specialize in a fusion of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused, Humanstic, Person-Centered (Rogerian) therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Bibliotherapy therapy, and burgeoning skills in Jungian, Narrative, and Somatic Therapy Approaches.
