My Background and Approach
By working with me, we will slowly begin to peel back the layers that lay dormant inside you in order to get closer to the person you want to be. I want you to know that it is possible to feel better. And I will guide you as best as I can on your journey toward healing. I am an empathetic, compassionate listener and will take the time to truly be present with you. While being present during our sessions, I will utilize several therapeutic modalities that are evidence-based and widely used, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Based Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I am a strong believer in the mind-body connection and take a holistic approach to therapy. Each session will be tailored to you and what we decide together will help you best.
